Welcome! Today is the grand opening (finally) of our Pokémon roleplay site, Caligo. First founded in August 2011, it's been a very long road to get to opening day, but here we are at long last. If you're a guest, then we hope very much that you'll stick around and join us here. If you're a new member, then congratulations on joining and we look forwards to your participation on the site.

Hello, everyone! Welcome to Caligo!

I'm an admin here on site. Unfortunately I may not be able to make it online today for the grand opening. West Virginia, where I live, was hit with a really bad storm the other day that knocked out power for 500,000 people in-state. It may take 5-7 days to get the power back on in the whole state and I don't live in a high priority town, so it's likely my power isn't on yet.

I'm returning from vacation today, though, so I'm not entirely sure of the power is still off in my house.

The good news is, we probably will go to my grandparents if our power is still out, so just sit tight and I'll probably show up sometime tomorrow at the latest.

And I can access the site with my iPhone, which I used to post this message, so I'll probably be lurking all day. I can't get the cbox on my phone so I won't be real chatty.

In any case, I'll talk to you guys tonight or tomorrow. 83

Ugh okay I'd planned on getting online after I reached my grandparents' tonight. They've got power... but their Internet was knocked out, so there's no way I can use my laptop. :/ I'm sooo sorry I'm completely missing the grand opening, I really didn't expect this.
