"Behold! The magic of Pokémon!"In a midnight blue caravan painted with stars and moons, a man named Scorpio lives and works. He wears a dramatic cape also covered with yellow stars and crescent moons and his dark hair is wild and unruly. Everything he does is rather overstated and dramatic, but he is a performer. Scorpio claims to possess genuine magical powers, which people may or may not believe, but either way he does have a genuine talent for magic tricks.
He does the usual card tricks, the rabbit in a top hat and some mind reading, but his pièce de résistance is producing Pokémon out of thin air. Yes, that's right. With a quick "hocus pocus, bibbity bobbity", Scorpio somehow manages to make a random Pokémon appear in a puff of smoke. It might be a clever bit of sleight of hand, but nobody has been able to figure out how he can possibly do it as of yet - and people have tried. But whether it's a masterful trick or real magic, people flock to him to see it.
Such is the demand that Scorpio's even started a business - you pay him a fee and he'll produce a Pokémon. There's an element of gambling since you don't know what will come out of it, but you're guaranteed to get a new Pokémon from it. If you're willing, why not see what the magician summons for you...

You have to battle it, but the summoning means that you have an increased chance of catching it. Roll the dice to see whether you catch it or not. Numbers up to 95 mean a successful capture; 96-100 mean failure.
